1. The 14-Day Guarantee
Every first-time subscription to a paid HOAIssueFix plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied for any reason during that window, we'll refund your full purchase price.

Refunds are available for:
- First-time subscribers within 14 days of initial purchase
- Single-case purchases (e.g., $19 Emergency Case) within 7 days, provided the case AI tools haven't been used
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription renewals (cancel before the next billing date to avoid the charge)
- Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- Single-case purchases where the case has been completed
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation vs. refund: Canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund a past payment. To get money back for a recent payment, request a refund within the 14-day window.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You'll have full access until that date.
Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the same day each year. To prevent renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Processing Time
- Approval decision: within 48 hours of your request (often within a few hours)
- Refund issued by us: within 5 business days of approval
- Refund visible on your card/bank: 5–10 business days after we issue it (depends on your payment provider)
6. Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds in special circumstances at our discretion — for example, if a service outage prevented you from using the platform for an extended period during your billing cycle.
Partial refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Reach out to us if you believe one applies to your situation.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please email us. Chargebacks often take 30–90 days to resolve and may result in your account being suspended during the dispute.
We can almost always resolve refund issues faster and more amicably through direct email. We've never refused a legitimate refund request.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email and on our website. Your refund rights for any active subscription are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your purchase — we won't retroactively reduce them.
