🌿 Plain-English Summary
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HOAIssueFix.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and HOAIssueFix.com ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be a resident of the United States (HOAIssueFix is built specifically for US HOA law)
- You must have legal authority over the property the HOA violation pertains to (owner, lessee, or authorized representative)
- You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
3. Description of Service
HOAIssueFix is an AI-assisted information platform that helps homeowners:
- Analyze HOA violation notices
- Identify potential procedural and legal defenses
- Generate appeal letters, dispute responses, and other documents
- Reference state-specific HOA statutes (CC&R interpretation)
- Prepare for board hearings
- Track dispute deadlines and evidence
The Service is offered in free and paid tiers. Free users get limited access to core tools. Paid subscribers get higher usage limits, advanced features, and priority support.
4. Not Legal Advice
You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on information from the Service. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed real estate attorney before:
- Filing a lawsuit against your HOA
- Responding to a foreclosure notice or assessment lien
- Negotiating settlement of substantial fines or judgments
- Any HOA dispute involving complex factual or legal questions
See our full Legal Disclaimer for details.
5. AI Limitations
HOAIssueFix uses large language models (LLMs) to generate analyses and documents. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
- State HOA laws change frequently; AI knowledge may not reflect the most recent amendments
- The AI cannot account for unique facts of your situation the way a human attorney would
- AI-generated letters and analyses should be reviewed for accuracy before being submitted or relied upon
- You are responsible for verifying any statutes, case citations, or legal claims the AI references
6. Account & Security
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your password confidential
- Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use
- Not share your account credentials with anyone else
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive use.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans & Billing
We offer monthly and one-time subscription plans. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, LemonSqueezy. We never see or store your full payment details.
Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Pricing Changes
We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change affects their renewal.
8. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions if you're not satisfied with the Service.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address tied to your account within 14 days of your initial purchase. See our full Refund Policy for complete details.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
11. Your Content
You retain ownership of all HOA notices, letters, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant HOAIssueFix a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) will continue in effect.
